This hotel was once really nice. The years have passed and maintenance has lacked. There was mold in the shower, parts of the hotel were in disrepair. The bathroom floor towel had a hole in it. The room was clean but the cabinets were not maintained. It looks like it once might have had a fridge and a safe in the room but they were removed and the holes were not patched. The room does have a balcony leading outside with chairs and a table. The lobby is huge and not air conditioned so it's quite warm and humid with a slight smell of musk. The pools looked okay, we didn't get a chance to try it since it was raining. The location is close to the airport but it is an incline to go there by foot. Breakfast is a pass. Coffee was good. Toast ok. Skip the OJ. Baked goods are hit or miss. Chipa were disappointing.

Fui muito bem atendida, tive um problema pessoal com ingresso no país, e o hotel prontamente atendeu ao meu pedido de alteração. Ficamos no quarto 310. Ele era bem equipado e confortável, espaçoso e com uma vista do alvorecer incrível, a única observação que faço é quanto a qualidade do colchão, que acredito pelo uso estava com desgaste e um pouco desconfortável,considerando que gosto de colchões firmes. No mais eu super recomendo. E fui muito bem atendida, e quero dar um destaque ao colaborador Facondo, que foi atencioso, gentil e prestativo

Hotel sem estruturas, super abandonado e com muita telha de aranha e aranhas por toda a parte, limpeza péssima! Café da manhã tbm péssimo!

Hotel já fora da sua época áurea, sem facilidades de spa e com manutenções em falta, porém de ótima arquitetura e ambientes espaçosos e agradáveis, excelente espaço de piscina e uma das melhores camas de hotel que já conheci. Ambiente limpo, pessoal cortês e efetivo, o cardápio do restaurante é correto mas poderia ser mais diversificado.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício

O hotel oferece um boa qualidade de conforto e limpeza. O café da manhã é bem diferente dos hotéis que costumamos ficar no Brasil, poucas opções de frutas e sem opções de misturas, porém o pessoal do restaurante é muito solícito e educados, sempre que chamado se prontificavam a atender. Equipe da recepção também muito atenciosa. Pontos a melhorar: qualidade do sinal do wi-fi, a piscina não disponibilizava guarda sóis.

Nós decepcionamos! A porta do quarto toda vez tinha que chamar alguém para abrir pois a chave não funcionava! O frigobar não funcionava! Pedimos várias vezes para eles resolverem,pois era muito calor e não gelava às água! Mas não foi resolvido! 😕 Os valores absurdos uma água R$ 15,00! O café muito ruim! Café com gosto de rancento(velho)! Sem falar que no dia 01/01/2025 as 7:30 da manhã estavam cortando grama ao redores dos quartos, não dava para dormir!
