Room was ok and good for a night. Paid for early checkin for 14:00, arrived at 15:00 and room was not yet ready. Room had no remote control for the TV. Used the customer service line and was no resolve to the issue. Otherwise access and codes worked well. Would prefer a different hotel next time.

Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.

The process is not that of a conventional, but is easy enough, once you get used to it. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic and check in was easy for me, although each time I went past the front door it seemed like someone was struggling to check in. Cleanliness was mid.

I loved the pool and sauna Great room but we couldn't find any USB ports...never got around to asking the very helpful front desk Breakfast was outstanding Very central...we took the tram everywhere
