I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. "Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately no running hot water in the apartment, we had a window that wouldn’t close, entrance from pavement wasn’t locked (broken), no WiFi or mobile phone connection. Otherwise the apartment was clean and well equipped, not sure if I would return."
