I booked a room as a last-minute stay overnight, expecting this to be a fairly average beach hotel on the strip at Hampton. I was happy parking was provided at no-cost also just on the next street adjacent to the main strip.
The hotel is above some storefronts and is accessed by a door in the steetfront between two businesses. To check-in and receive the parking pass, one has to park with flashers on in front of the businesses and hed up to the hotel check-in a flight of stairs up. You can then carry your gear in to your room while the car is still out front and then proceed to the very tight parking lot area.
The room had a very comfortable bed, which was a nice surprise, and also a fridge. The wall sconce light didn't work and may have been a burned out bulb. The TV on the wall I didn't intend to use but it also didn't appear to be working if I did plan to. There were many cords (all exposed) connected to a box and the workmanship was pretty messy overall.
The bathroom was super tiny and you'd almost have to sit sideways on the toilet given there was little to no legroom due to a sink that looked like someone had leaned heavily on it as it didn't look as affixed to the wall as it should be. The shower was powerful and had good hot water.
There seemed to have been a secondary lock on the door at one point but it was no longer there. The hole were stil in the door from its removal. Didn't feel particularly safe.
