「This is a new hotel and the staff, cleanliness and comfort were all wonderful. The only issue is the parking lot is very small and when we needed to park later in the evening it was an incredible challenge. They have a lot of compact car parking spots and not enough regular parking spots for guests so we were forced to park in a compact spot, as did many of the other guests who were there. 「I first had the handicapped room but it was dark and depressing. The beds were practically on the floor and way too soft. There was no chair except a desk chair and seems like a very stark and dark room I moved to a standard room which is wonderful! Far more cozy. The handicapped rooms could be far better designed ! The front desk is staffed with terrific people including Lisa and Benjamin, who is really well trained in hotel management. 」
