"This property is perfectly situated on Cape Breton. It faces the wayer (big windows) in Kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. It is spotless. The kitchen is extremely neat and organized. The fridge was spotless and no odor. Yhe dining area(open to the kitchen) is all windows. The master bedroom and bath were nicely decorated, Bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of ectra linens, should we have neefed them. Washer and dryer came in very handy as we had traveled long term. Laundry detergent was available. The property is on the ocean cliffside. There were both Adirondack chairs as well as zero-gravity chairs for us to use. ALL were clean and in great condition. Michael was extremely responsive to our inquiries both before booking, as well as during the period prior to check-in. Also, the instructions on entering the home and rules of the home were clear and reasonable. These rules ensure the home is well cared for and reaffirms pride in ownership. When we arrived, the owner asked us to call him to chat. Michael made sure we had what we needed and that all was good and in working order. He even offered ideas on what to do in the area. Parking is easy and generous. We have rented homes often and this property is the cleanest, best organized we have ever had. Thank you Michael for making our stay so wonderful. We will return and will try one of your other properies next time."

"You have to remember, this is an Inn. It’s not a hotel and it’s not a B&B. Room was super clean, and the breakfasts were really tasty. Dinner was not something we took part in due to our daily schedule, but because it’s an Inn, bring a guest of the Inn doesn’t mean you get an automatic dinner reservation. Book your reservation for dinner when you book the reservation for occupancy. I would recommend this place to all that are looking for a clean, quiet location and hospitable stay. "

"The innkeepers were friendly. The overall property needed modernized but our room was recently updated. We ordered oatmeal for breakfast and although simple, it hit the spot and our server was very nice."

"We came for whale watching tour (next door) and arrived early. Not only was it clean, and had beautiful views, but the room itself was quiet & very comfortable. The owners also allowed us access to the room early with no extra fee."

"We stayed one night and found this to be the best of the five places we stayed in during our trip to Nova Scotia. The building is a charming house with 8 suites and an outdoor hot tub. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Extra amenities such as snacks and water in the room were appreciated. We’d definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay. Easy access to the Cabot Trail. The cabin had everything you needed. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Lovely screened in porch to sit out at night. The was also a fire pit area for everyone to enjoy. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this cabin for a stay."
