Lovely older hotel with modern amenities including wi-if and a flat screen TV. The owner/manager is a charming and helpful native Portofinian (?). The hotel has a beautiful outdoor garden and dining area, and is very centrally located a block or so from the marina. The walk down to the marina also is lovely. We parked in the village’s public parking garage…it is your best bet for parking and approximately 3 blocks from the hotel. The garage is large, the parking spaces are not…the smaller your car, the happier you’ll be parking.

Highly recommend this perfectly located hotel!

Me and my boyfriend had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Eden (1 night)! Genuine, cute and perfectly located less than 1 min walk from the Portofino harbour/pizza. We were warmly greeted with smooth check in and check out. Unfortunately we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast - but looked really nice to have breakfast outdoor in the garden. Would have been nice to get a breakfast package to go but this wasn’t possible… Atleast we got some discount on the parking-fee then, a nice gesture! Highly recommend that you stay at Hotel Eden when visiting Portofino :)

Magnífica localización, trato amable y elegante en concordancia con el ambiente de Portofino. Acertada elección. El precio por noche un poco caro, pero supongo que es en cierta manera inevitable por las características de este lugar tan peculiar en cuanto al alto nivel de vida que se promociona como tal y que constituye uno de sus alicientes...

Если честно был очень разочарован отелем. От Портофино ожидаешь чего-то особенного, но этот отель мало того, что не впечатлил. Более того, при заезде в номер, он не был не убран, на полу были крошки, мыло было открыто и использовано, полотенца были грязные, я спустился к хозяину и попросил поменять номер, сказав что он грязный, мне ответили что я не знаю что такое «грязный номер» и что поменять номер невозможно. Далее последующие дни номер убирали очень плохо, точнее совсем не убирали. По-моему заправляли кровать и всё. Вообще хозяин и его помощница абсолютно неприветливы. Если сам хозяин и здоровался нехотя то его помощница ни разу не ответила на моё приветствие. Персонал, мягко сказать просит желать лучшего. Завтрак никакой. При выезде я спросил во сколько мне нужно выехать, мне ответили до 10, но лучше раньше…… пока я завтракал и поднялся к себе в номер в 9:00, постельное бельё было уже убрано из комнаты. Всё вышесказанное говорит что я абсолютно не рекомендую этот отель, да ещё и за такие большие деньги. Единственный плюс отеля это локация в центре такого прекрасного и удивительного места, как Портофино!

Das Hotel Eden ist eher eine schäbige Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist zwar nett, aber an Sauberkeit mangelt es leider. Das Frühstück im Garten ist ganz nett, jedoch ist leider auch das Besteck usw unsauber. Leider viel zu überteuert (160€ für eine Übernachtung im Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück)

Sehr schöner Garten indem das gute Frühstück vom capo serviert wir. Er hat italienischen Charme. Super Lage! Parken im öffentl.Parkhaus. Nur 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Hafen fast vor der Tür. Leider ist das Bad im kleine Mansardenzimmer Renovierungsbedürftig! Es war leider Schmutzig. Das Bett ist super!

Personale/titolare, disponibile cortese e molto alla mano. La posizione dell hotel è fantastica ad un minuto dalla famosa piazzetta di Portofino. Hotel dallo stile retrò ma assolutamente carino e accogliente.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, right in the centre. The owner however has serious mood swings and was either kinda friendly or simply rude. We needed to check out at 11am and at 11.05 he got angry we weren’t gone yet. There was a dirty tissue under the bed and no water in the room.

Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer sehr klein, Schimmel im Bad, durchgelegenes Bett, man kann kaum stehen durch die Dachschraegen, Reinigung schlecht, die Handtuchhalter sind lose, so einige Steckdosen gehen nicht, kein Aufzug, Fruehstuek draußen, sehr geringe Auswahl
