The vacation property is a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 54 square meters, facing south for optimal sunlight exposure. It features a bright and comfortable living/sleeping room with a panoramic window, a dining table, and a TV. This room also includes a double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm) and another with two beds. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as electric heating.

Amenities Included
The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has a shower, separate toilet, heating, and air conditioning systems. Outside, there is a spacious balcony of 25 square meters facing south and a partially covered terrace of 18 square meters. Outdoor furniture, including balcony furniture and a barbecue area, is provided for your enjoyment. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your convenience.
