Holiday

Nice place on Lake Maggiore. Easy steps to the lake. Enough parking for two cars up on the street and wonderful restaraunt a short walk away. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group.

Dieses Haus am See ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Ausblick auf den See, ist ein absolutes Highlight.Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben die Möglichkeit, direkt vom Garten aus in den See zu gehen, sowie die Terrasse mit Seeblick sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Alba. Sie hat einen mega Seeblick und den direkten Zugang ins Wasser. Wir waren dort jeden Tag im Lago Maggiore baden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern (Nina) war schnell und alles lief Prima. Auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant war in Fußnähe.Vielen Dank, dass wir dort eine Woche Urlaub machen konnten.Beste Grüße,Lukas

Wunderschöne Woche an einer super schönen Lage.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem tollen Haus. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Auch der Kontakt war sehr gut, als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging haben wir sofort Ersatz erhalten.

War soooo schön

Wir haben das Haus den Garten und der Lago Maggiore direkt vor dem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Selten im Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Tolle zuvorkommende Gastgeber, danke Euch für diesen schönen Urlaub mit drei Generationen unter einem Dach.

Unglaubliche Aussicht

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit am Lago verbracht. Morgens mit dem Rauschen des Sees aufgewacht, abends mit schönem Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse einen Aperol genossen. Eigentlich braucht man das Grundstück nur zum Einkaufen verlassen. Die Kinder sind direkt nach dem Frühstück in den See gehüpft und abends um halb 10 das letzte Mal. Die Straße vorm Haus ist etwas gefährlich, da dort -trotz 50 Zone- gerast wird wie verrückt. Also besser den Weg am Strand entlang nutzen. Restaurant ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für den Einkauf wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir waren super zufrieden!

So eine schöne Unterkunft!!!

Es war zwar nur eine Woche, aber die war so intensiv schön und beeindruckend. Eine tolle Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen und der direkte Zugang zum Strand machten das Entspannen und den Urlaub genießen so wundervoll und einfach! Selbst die Straße ist kaum zu hören und der stete Blick auf den See ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders das nahe gelegene Restaurant ist die perfekte Ergänzung, wenn man nicht kochen möchte, sondern einfach die herausragende italienische Küche genießen möchte (die Gerichte gibt es auch to go!, jetzt bei der EM war das sehr vorteilhaft). Gerne immer wieder! Und Hanno und Nina sind die besten Vermieter, super hilfsbereit und vertrauensvoll, die Besten, die man sich wünschen kann!!!! 5 Sterne plus! Liebe Grüße, Christian

Exklusiver Urlaub direkt am See

Wir hatten als Familie mit Hund eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der Villa Alba. Highlight ist die exklusive Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum Strand, den man auch im Sommer fast für sich alleine genießen kann. Badeschuhe nicht vergessen! Die Aussicht von der Terasse, dem Wohnraum und den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Seeblick ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Der nicht einsehbare Garten mit den Palmen wunderschön. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht dort weg, weil alles, was man braucht, da ist, aber es gibt doch einiges zu entdecken am Lago Maggiore!

Toller Spot für Geniesser

Aus den Schlafzimmern genießt man einen freien Blick über den See. Was wir besonders genossen haben, ist, dass die Küche wirklich zum kochen geeignet ist. Hier kann man wirklich als Hobby Koch sich absolut austoben alles was man dafür braucht ist da. Von guten Messern über einen tollen Gasherd bis zum Webergrill und einem Kühlschrank der wirklich so groß ist, dass er alle Einkäufe locker schluckt mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen und Gefrier Schubladen. Die zum Haus dazugehörige Boje ist eine Tiefwasserboje! Stein und Kette sind gut dimensioniert. Bei einem Gewittersturm braucht man da keine Sorge um sein Boot zu haben. Angenehm ist auch, dass man über die betonierte Slipbahn zum Baden ohne Schuhe ins Wasser gehen kann und nicht über spitze Steine laufen muss. Durch die Hanglage gibt es viele Treppen. Wer damit kein Problem hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Traumhafte Lage am See

Das Ferienhaus ist in Hinblick auf die Lage mit direktem Seezugang für einen entspannten Urlaub ideal. Der Parkplatz war für unser Auto gerade so ausreichend. Die Ausfahrt auf die Strasse allerdings jedesmal gefährlich, da die Strasse schnell und stark befahren ist und man rückwärts ausfahren muss. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Die Möblierung hatten wir uns im Verhältnis zum Preis etwas neuer gewünscht. Insbesondere die Liegen müssten erneuert werden. Die Schlafzimmermöblierung und Bettwäsche ist ebenfalls schon etwas abgenutzt. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung. Im Treppenhaus fehlte uns die Beleuchtung im oberen Teil.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann problemlos selbst kochen, da alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden sind. Technisch ist das Haus mit Wlan sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten war für unsere beiden Hunde ideal. Alles in Allem haben wir uns im Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche am Logo Maggiore verbracht.

Schönes Haus direkt am See

Traumhaftes Panorama direkt von der Terrasse. Bei dem tollen Wetter wurde der direkte Zugang zum See täglich genutzt. Das Haus inkl. Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein Haus mit direktem Strandzugang mit einem tollen kleinen Garten.

Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld, Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe sehr gut. In der Küche alles, was man braucht. Ein wirklich schöner kleiner Garten, in dem man schön entspannen kann. Für schöne Wanderungen vor allem in der angrenzenden Schweiz muss man einige Kilometer zurücklegen, wird dafür aber mit tollen Erlebnissen belohnt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt. Den kleinen Garten und den direkten Zugang zum Wasser haben wir sehr genossen. Auch das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Für vier Erwachsene ist das Haus eher etwas eng, aber bei gutem Wetter trotzdem gut auszuhalten. Unser Hund hat ebenfalls den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und mehrmals täglich im See sein Bad genossen.

Sehr schöne, klassische Villa in Top-Lage

Die Lage mit direktem Seezugang und entsprechendem Blick vom Wohn-Esszimmer und von 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer ist das Highlight. Die Villa ist in ihrer Ausstattung klassisch gehalten, jedoch mit modernen Bädern und Küche. An Küchenutensilien war wirklich Alles vorhanden - auch mehrfach.

Die Villa besticht durch ihre tolle Lage, den Garten mit direktem Seeanschluss und den schönen grossen Fenstern. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
