"Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super. Sie war sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Die Naturpools sind fußläufig und auch der Norden Madeiras ist von dort aus mit dem Mietwagen super zu erkunden. Der ausgeschriebene freie Parkplatz ist derzeit eine Baustelle und man muss Glück haben mit Parkplätzen vor der Ferienwohnung, ansonsten ist aber 2 Minuten zu Fuß ein bezahlbarer 24-Stunden Parkplatz für die Natur Pools (6€/Tag) nebenan. We travelled with group of 4 persons and this was great fit for us as there was bathrooms and bedrooms for both couples and functioning kitchen. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help."
