The hotel is brilliant in nearly all respects; staff are really helpful, rooms are nice and the view excellent. The reason for the 3-stars is due to the noise. On floor 5 you are just below the restaurant / bar which is extremely noisy and we struggled to sleep Friday and Saturday night. I feel a quick fix would be carpets in the bar area so that it would reduce the noise of people walking and moving chairs?

The food and drinks were a little price, but at least the food portions were very large. Enough for 2 meals. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice, however, there were some that were not. Very disappointed about that. Due to that, I would not stay again, but overall, nice facility, clean, safe, but I’m really big on the staff. 5 stars for most, 3 for ‘some’ of the staff. *Also, I rarely write reviews, but this was needed. (Solo Traveler)

Booked breakfast for 9am but had to go chase it. Good breakfast when arrived. Bonus boat trip around bay was well worth doing. Needs high level shower hook and shelf in shower room for toiletries. Safe very friendly. Access could be improved.
