There was there was a guy yelling out our front selling your lottery tickets at 8:00 in the morning. Everyday of the three days you stand there. Also the hotel charge me 40 bucks for stuff like water and stuff that is for you to complementary and American Hotel but this is not let us know let them anymore even the water they would charge

Amazing location and short walk from everywhere if interest. Nice clean rooms with huge bathrooms. Ask for rooms to the rear as the front can get noisy especially on weekends. Staff are meticulous friendly and super helpful. They made every effort to enhance and make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. Francisca Ana Laura Daniel Sergio Andrea and Guilherme were the ones I liaised with the most but I’m sure I have missed someone for sure. If so I apologise. Breakfast was good and the fruit selection wow it blew me away. I actually looked forward to the breakfast. Everything was delicious and with a good varied selection Good show you guys. Thank you and we will be back I am sure. See you all very soon

The location of the hotel was very convenient. 2 in walk from Sao Bento train station. Convenient for uptown or downtown excursions. It was frustrating that in order to get a balcony I had to get a Jr suite - this Jr suite was not eligible for upgrade since it was the best. The rooms and bed was comfortable and clean. The chairs and couch in front room were rigid and uncomfortable. Staff at front were uninviting. The bar was rarely staffed with anyone that knew how to mix a drink.

The staff were friendly and it is at a good location - walkable distance from most tourist attractions. Also could borrow an unmbrella when it was raining outside.

Excellent hotel, kind and helpful staff. Walkable to most places of interest in Porto and to the subway station. Heaps of restaurants and shopping options around the hotel. Great value for money with spacious and clean room.

Room was neat and spacious but bathroom was major let down. It was cramped ,no privacy in the WC or in the shower. There was no vent in the WC, doors didnt hatch or lock. Shower didnt have any space to hang towels or the robes or holders to keep changing clothes.Guess customers are expected to shower and then walkout naked and grab towels from outside and dry themselves...well thats impossible when travelling with kids. For the star qualility the hotel boasts, its basic to provide bath robes. Even thats was missing.Other than that stay was okay

Hotel is in a central location and walkable to the train station, shopping/stores, restaurants, etc. Hotel is clean, the room is big and with balcony, breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The soap in the bathroom is nice - pomegranate scent. If we visit Porto again will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and easy check in. I was 1 hr early for my check-in. Not only they had the room ready for me, but they also offered drinks and snacks delivered to my room. It was so nice of them.

Mgr, Andrea and Staffs Pedro, and Francisca were Wonderful! Very Helpful and Accommodating of our needs. Breakfast was good, Daniel was kind, and fast. All Staffs we encountered were Very Friendly, and helpful. Maintenance Man replaced the Refrigerator in minutes of request. I would rate this Hotel EXCEPTIONAL! Location-EXCELENT! ROOMS WERE LARGE and presented as 5 Star! Will definitely recommend this Hotel and use it again in the future. Everywhere is WALKABLE! THANK YOU, Eurostars Porto Centro! You're Amazing!

I've just come back from 4 nights in Porto at this hotel and I really can't fault it. We had a 3 person room. Hotel is modern, well equipped and very clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was really decent. The hotel is well located but in a quieter area. We had no problems with noise. Aircon was quiet and effective. I'm pretty picky when selecting hotels and this one was excellent.

To operate the Heater you have to call concierge and they operate it remotely. It was rely cold in the room when we arrived and after four hours later it was still not worm enough.
