THe hotel was within walking distance to the center of town, the river and many other touristy places. It is a small hotel, the staff was very friendly and we were given a suite which was great. Recommend this hotel if you want to be close to where the action is.

The hotel amentes are fabulous. The room was great with a nice modern bathroom and shower combination that was very convenient. The area where it is located is super convenient. The meeting point for several of the excusrsions we took were just half a block away. It's close to Santa Catarna Street for shopping. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Very nice hotel that is centrally located. I enjoyed my time there. The breakfast selections could be better and at times the food was cold. Other than that, I really liked the hotel and would go there again if I'm in Porto.

We stayed four nights in a spacious room on the top floor. It was very clean, modern and quiet. The hotel location is good - easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Could benefit from a few hours per day at the pool and games room designated to just adults. Recreation were over run with children and we felt like we were in a day care.

What stood out most for us was the helpfulness of the staff, who even assisted us in dealing with our next hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great, close to shops and the amazing market but out of the most congested tourist areas. We will stay there again.

I enjoyed this hotel which is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. My only issue was we were unable to open our window at nighttime to get fresh air, because the generator on the building next door ran all night and a light from a construction site was also on all night. I want to be sure that people reading my review understand that the great drapes in the room kept both the sound and light completely unnoticeable when closed, I just missed being* able to have fresh air.

Close to everything. Easy to walk around and see all the sites. The staff was impeccable. Manuel was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond to help with booking our Tuk tuk tour and wine tour.

this was a very nice looking hotel with friendly staff. Quick check in. Wonderful breakfast bar. Taxis are across the street. Very convenient to upscale shopping and clothes to the river with restaurants and entertainment.

Overall I would give it a higher rating if it wasn’t for the last night of the stay. We got back to the room and my door was not closed. I got back after 10 pm and the entire day would be opened and anyone could have walked in. Luckily nothing was missing. When I told the girl in the front desk the next morning. She didn’t apologize or anything. Just said she will tell the housekeeping. She didn’t take any accountability or responsibility. On another noteThe room was small but very clean but lighting was horrible.

Modern hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with good soundproofing. I really appreciate the kettle for coffee and tea. Clean and in a great central location.

This was an excellent location in the city center, which made it easy to access some locations by walking, others by taking public transportation at the Aliados metro stop, or taking a short walk to the main Sao Bento train station for all other destinations. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon our arrival, so our room had an excellent view of city hall.

직원 응대는 좋았어요. 체크인 할때 포르투 와인 마실 수 있는 웰컴 드링크 쿠폰도 주고. 3일 숙박 마지막 날 세면 수건이 1개 부족했지만 다시 요구하지는 않았어요. 볼량 시장이나 마트도 가깝고 20분 정도면 루이스 다리까지 걸을 수 있어요.
