"The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through."

"Local excelente, limpo e muito confortável, porém foi reservado para 4 clientes e tinha apenas 2 toalhas de banho e não havia roupa de cama para o sofá cama. Um edredon e sem fronhas para os travesseiros, na verdade havia somente 1 travesseiro e nem lençol para forrar. Para a cama de casal a roupa de cama estava completa. "Wow! This hotel was absolutely spectacular. The grounds are very well kept and enjoyable to just go for a walk outside. The entire hotel was clean, luxurious, and exceeded expectations. The pool, gym, and sauna were excellent. The included breakfast was great and there were many options to choose from to eat. We had the suite and it was very spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. Room service was quick. I loved the little details that were left on the bed each night. The hotel was calm and relaxing. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Flag Design Hotel in Viana. The staff is super friendly and the hotel very comfortable. Perfectly located at the center of the city, clean and convenient. We appreciated we could watch the FIFA World Cup games from the room or cafeteria and loved the library and conference rooms as we needed to do some work/study. 100% recommended! Very grateful with the staff!"
