Quiet and quiet place

House with living room and kitchen combined and large. Spacious bathroom, bedroom with Queen bed and another with pull-out bed plus mattresses. Big mirror in the bedroom.
Big yard for the kids to play. Artesian well. Privileged view, two car garage. Easy access to the mountains. 40 minutes from Gramado Cinnamon and Sao Francisco de Paula. 15 minutes from the Three Crowns rafting. Very close to the Buddhist temple. 500 meters from IACS in Taquara.
