Quarto e acomodações excelentes, confortáveis, um dos funcionários da noite só que estava muito sem vontade até de vender uma água. Ar condicionado antigo, mas como estávamos em um dia com temperaturas amenas deu conta durante a tardinha, que era o período que entrávamos para tomar banho e sair pra jantar. O hotel fica próximo do centro histórico, sendo possível ir a pé a vários lugares. A reclamação maior foi do café de sábado que foi terrível, descemos 9 horas e não tinha quase nada e só foi reposto uma bandeja de queijo. Omelete e calabresa com tampas abertas, frios no domingo. No sábado nem omelete tinha mais e não foi reposto. Os pratos dos outros hóspedes em cima da mesa e ninguém retirou até o horário que saímos e o café fechou. Pouca opção para escolha. Apenas uma opção de bolo de milho nos doces, muito fraco. No domingo estava havendo reposição, porém o mesmo cardápio. Café da manhã muito fraco mesmo.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel razoável, no centro histórico, acomodação com cama boa, chuveiro quente e bem forte. Café da manhã pode ser um pouco melhor, por exemplo colocando uma sanduicheira, elevador pequeno mas muito rápido, sem garagem apenas o check in deveria ser mais eficiente com seriedade e compromisso no horário.

Tudo errado do começo ao fim

chegamos 30 minutos após o horário que o check-in estaria disponível e ainda assim não tinha nenhum quarto. fomos mal atentidas pela equipe que respondia tudo de maneira grosseira e sem apresentar soluções quando questionados. só conheguimos entrar no quarto 1h45 depois, fazendo com que perdêssemos o compromisso que tinha nos levado até Porto Alegre. Quando questionados se teríamos alguma reparação, nunca nos deram uma resposta. Sem contar que a localização é numa área horrível da cidade, parece uma cracolândia.

Adequado para descansar após longa viagem.

Fiquei em um quarto espaço (206) e com acessibilidade (apesar de não necessitar). Uma das janelas não abriu, estava emperrada. Em função do frio, o maior problema foi o ar condicionado que, além de ruidoso, não aqueceu e havia apenas um cobertor. O banho e cama: muito bons. As roupas de cama e banho antigas e manchadas, amareladas. As toalhas muito encardidas. O exaustor do banheiro extremamente ruidoso e o secador com mau contato. Café da manhã simples, com o básico apenas. Deixou a desejar em comparação com hotéis da mesma categoria. Facilidade para minha necessidade: perto da rodoviária. Região perigosa a noite. Comércio diversificado na região. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis, tanto na recepção qto no restaurante do café. Em geral, o hotel precisa de manutenção.
