"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was available starting at 6am, even on Sunday. That was great for us, since our flight home was an 8am flight on Sunday. The Inn was very quiet. We were never awakened. I do advise anyone looking to stay here to be aware of two things. First, there is no elevator. We were well aware of that, and are physically quite able to manage stairs. Second, be sure you know whether you have a private bathroom. Again, we were well aware when we booked our room. We had a private bathroom. We were on the third floor. We had a private bath, but the other five rooms shared one bathroom that looked like a bathroom in your home."

"We loved the Harborview! My husband and I took a mini-getaway to Portland so stayed only one night. I wish we had been there longer. It was a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed, and the view was GREAT. Every staff person we encountered was lovely and helpful. I have to say, the elevators were blazing fast. Maybe that's a weird thing to notice, but it was kind of great! No waiting! We ordered room service after plans unexpectedly changed, and it was delicious. Also, the breakfast at the cafe on site was also delicious. My only complaint is that the showers are the rainfall kind, which I hate. But that's not enough for me to get bent out of shape about. Our whole stay was just great and I can't wait to go back! Oh, also, rooftop bar is great! Just closes a bit early. Still, overall the whole place gets an A+ from me."

"If you are going to Thompson's Point, this is the place to stay. Easy to get to the point and back after the show. A reasonable walk into town or the hotel has a shuttle that you can reserve."
