"Overall, my stay was nice. The only negative I experienced was with the shuttle service and the front desk staff at check-in. Prior to my arrival, I messaged the property to confirm the shuttle schedule and was assured it was available at all times. Unfortunately, when I landed and called the front desk as instructed, I was told there was no shuttle service available that day. This was very disappointing, as I relied on that information when booking. Had I known in advance, I would have arranged alternative transportation. Upon arrival, the front desk was not very helpful. I asked if I had been assigned the city view room I paid for, but the staff member was unsure. I was then told to check back the next day. The staff member seemed unsure how to handle the situation and appeared to defer the issue rather than resolve it."
