Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to shopping and freeway. The garage was a huge help as we were moving our kid out of the college dorm. Nice large fenced yard. A little noise from the neighbor next door banging on things - but not enough to To disturb our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect long term stay while visiting friends and family in area

Check in and check out process was a breeze and our friendly host, Nathaniel, was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We were able to park in the garage, making loading and unloading our car much easier. The house was clean, quiet, very well stocked, and the location was outstanding, near Fred Meyer, Walmart, Costco, Planet Fitness, many restaurants, ...., and Washington Square Mall. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard with a water feature and played cornhole with our kids and grandkids. Split AC in every room and it worked great during the occasional hot spell. A great place to stay and we hope to come back in the future.

The bathroom temperture during shower was a major problem as the temperature was either very hot or very cold.Trying to control the temperature during shower time was a major problem. Otherwise, place was clean, we just needed to air out the place. Also, complete instruction manual on what to do as we leave the premise was not available.

Super nice place. Garage access was great. Made unlosding and loading easier, and provided nice buffer from back yard to wipe the dogs feet.

A very cozy home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very cozy home! We were in town for a wedding. This location was perfect and really so close to everything we wanted to do. Nathaniel was great to deal with! The backyard and patio area were very nice also. We would definitely come and stay here again!! Thank you Nathaniel!!

Spring vacation

The location of this property is excellent. 10-15 minutes from downtown and half way to wine country. Space/bedrooms are as described. We had our dog with us so it was nice to have a fenced in yard. Also it was very convenient to have a house with a usable garage and a garage door opener. Close to stores and restaurants.

This is a great little house in a convenient neighbourhood. There is grocery and amenity shopping within walking distance. The house is quiet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a garage and a fenced yard. Everything is comfortable and in working order. The owners have thought of every detail we could need for our stay.

Nice Place

This home fit our needs perfectly. We arrived in Oregon in our motorhome for a family event. We wanted a vrbo to share with 2 other adults who would have to work remotely during our stay. Not only was there a space on the side to park our RV, but each bedroom had a desk which was perfect for working from their computers. The only reason for 4 stars for listing accuracy is that a hot tub was listed in the amenities, but there wasn’t one. When asked about it, the owner apologized and stated that it was a mistake in the listing. Overall, a very nice place.

Portland Getaway

We visited Portland to see my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The house was in a perfect location, only 10 minutes from my son and down the block from Fred Meyers and other stores, which was a plus. The house was exactly as pictured and advertised. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with basic items needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and communication with Nathanial was seamless. He responded to our questions immediately and also advised us if there was anything further we needed to know. Since my son lives in Portland, we will be visiting the area at least a couple of times a year and look forward to booking this location again.
