"good place, would stay again"

"The front desk situation at this hotel is pretty bad. There isn’t one. Just a weird lobby , and the people working have their backs to you so they don’t notice if you need something. One person in particular, who kind of looked like an angry Dua Lipa was very dismissive when I simply asked “is this the place to check in (after standing for 10 minutes) “yes, but it’s going to be awhile.” Was the response. This is too bad because the rooms were very nice. The rest of the staff was pretty good and the location is also decent. Just figure out that front desk situation and things would be much better."

"This hotel is very convenient to the Portland airport. It is an economical choice. You do have to pay for parking. The hotel room was very clean but did smell very strongly of bleach. Beds are comfortable. This was our 2nd year staying there to catch an early morning flight out of Portland."
