「Very cozy, clean, well-kept and functionally furnished apartment (as already mentioned in other comments, the sofa bed is less suitable for staying longer on it). The windows are well glazed, so you don't notice anything of the hustle and bustle on the street at night. However, you still have to be prepared for noise from the restaurant that penetrates the ceiling from below. But especially in summer, it's best to mingle with the late-night hustle and bustle in the pretty, quaint alleyways right...
