Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and on point. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and housekeeping was great

We were very grateful for the gentleman on the reception desk who waited till after 12AM to allow us to check (we have booked at 11:54pm). The room was great with a big bathroom, it had a lovely view of the city, unfortunately there was a mould/damp smell in room 703. The Air Con was not effective when we walked into the room, the hotel sent up an engineer within 5 minutes and he fixed the system. The rooms have different layouts, we would suggest they re-think the layout for rooms where they have the toilet in a separate space to the bathroom. All of the staff in the breakfast area were lovely, their service was second to none, the waiters treated all of our family with respect and made the kids feel so special. They have a varied breakfast spread and you have hot food made to order which was yummy (order the Khliaa omelette if you choose this hotel). Their Morrocan Tea served at breakfast is a real experience. Unfortunately I found a paperclip in my sausage, the breakfast staff were extremely apologetic and no harm done. My Khalil who greets the guests was very nice, everyone was very helpful. I would just make one suggestion and ask the hotel to train the females on reception as they were not welcoming and hesitated to help guests (this is not what you expect from a 5* hotel). The Spa staff were fabulous, Salima did our massage and she was wonderful. Their steam room is the best one I have seen ever. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and Hanaane is amazing!
