We stayed here for only 2 nights with our 3 granddaughters so we could take day trips to Switzerland and Lake Como. They hotel was very nice with a reasonable buffet breakfast. Only problem was bedroom is upstairs and it’s a tiny circular stairway to bring in large suitcases. We left luggage downstairs and only brought u essentials.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Many attractions were easily accessible on foot, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel, Room was fairly spacious for Europe and the bathroom was well designed. Staff were gracious and kept us access our room earlier than check in time. Location can’t be beat right outside a tram and Metro stop.My only minor complain is that the weren’t very soft! I stayed in two other similar range hotels on this trip and this place needs to upgrade their linens! That being said, I would stay here again and recommend to friends going to Milan.
