"The staff went out of their way to be rude and dismissive toward me the entire time I was there. None of my requests were approved. None of the issues I reported were resolved during my stay. I was never greeted by any staff members nor was i thanked for staying with them at checkout. They treated me like a complete inconvenience. Maybe I look gross to them or they just don't like my appearance, who knows. I definitely wouldn't because they refused to engage with me. During the stay I reported that the bed was extremely noisy and lumpy. That was never addressed by staff. I reported the noise levels being excessive by both guest and housekeeping, that was ignored by staff as well. Check-in was extremely complicated and confusing. Checkout was extremely dismissive and unfriendly. I wasn't welcomed back by the staff who checked me out nor by the one who gave me my bags after storing them there. He actually, was quite rude. About 4'2", big hair, glasses and huge nostrils. He's extremely aggressive, intense and dismissive. The night staffsaid the same as well regarding him. This created an extremely inhospitable environment. The night staff also explained to me that this particular property prioritizes Hilton Honors tier members and that I was in the bottom tier and that they would not accommodate any of my requests nor resolve any of my concerns. As far the hotel goes, the rooms are cleaned daily and are in decent repair. The halls smell like skunk. Security is lacking"

"We got upgraded to a room with a small balcony so that was nice. Downside, I had an injured leg and with no elevator, the upstairs room was pretty painful to get to. I was happy for the upgrade, just be aware that you’ll be taking the stairs. What I wasn’t thrilled with were the thin walls. This was a work trip and I needed to sleep. That was hard to do when I could hear every s-x act taking place in the next room. And the hooting and hollering and phone calls and whatever else the male next door was doing before and after the s-x acts. My original review was flagged for the use of this word, which was called “profanity”. As far as I’m aware, only adults can book hotel rooms, and that’s a very clinical word. Grow up. As far as location, the property is close to restaurants and convenient to the rest of PT. There are Indian and Vietnamese food directly across the street at the time of this review. Pretty comfortable bed and nice pillows. I slept well the first night, before the neighbors showed up and started doing disgusting things to each other. "

"If you’re looking for a simple motel room that’s clean, well maintained, conveniently located, has easy parking and a friendly staff then this is the place. Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The water view is a bonus. Would stay here again. "

"No WiFi at all. When i asked about it, she said that they hadn't had Wi-Fi for over a month. The shower and the disabled unit was wonky. That means you really couldn't get in the water properly.Without getting the whole bathroom wet. The bed was comfortable, and it may have been new, but it kept sliding off the frame.Because it needs velcro or something on it to keep it in place. I myself took a pair of tennis shoes and crammed them between the mattress and the frame.So that they wouldn't slip off any more. It had a little kitchen at which was great. It was clean, almost a 100% clean. But the biggest disappointment was no wifi, no internet. "

"There was hair on the edge of the shower and general wear and tear in the unit. I wish there was more cream and sugar for the coffee - I would have had a second cup. Those are the things that didn't go well. On the upside, they let me enter my unit early and leave a little late without charge. The price was reasonable."
