Enjoy staying at this brand-new home with beautiful views of the Gulf and breathtaking sunsets every evening! The beach is just a quick jaunt down the boardwalk from the pool, which is less than 100 steps away from the back porch! Enjoy a day at the pool, or hop over to the beach for some soaking in the sand! A second community pool is available for your enjoyment during your stay as well, drive over to the Village Center and take the path over to enjoy the larger, heated, and resort-style pool. Challenge one another to a game of Ping-Pong in the garage or allow the kids to play outside in the cul-de-sac or the backyard area. The Windmark Beach community also offers resort-style amenities with a lively Village center a short drive from the home with the golf cart offering restaurants, a fitness center(must pay separately), and The Mill and Mercantile which has live music most weekends.
After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then find yourself lounging in the spacious living room where plenty of seating and a large TV await your relaxation to lounge. An additional TV
room ensures all family members can be tuned into their favorite shows or sports games. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with large island and bar seating. Fire up the outdoor gas grill to assist in preparing your meals. Have your morning cup of coffee on the patio, with ample seating, or eat your evening meal while watching the sunset. A second kitchen area is available with stainless steel appliances and additional seating.
You'll discover an oasis in the primary bedroom with a king bed, and its dazzling en-suite bathroom. Here, you can relax in the large soaking tub. A second primary bedroom is available with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Additional interior perks

* North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

THINGS TO KNOW
*Up to 2 dogs allowed, 50lb max each and must be kenneled if left home alone. One time pet fee $150
*North Windmark pool is not heated. The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*You must be 25 years old to rent this property. 
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Garbage bin outside
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
