The space
Walk out the front door to a resort style pool and hot tub. Drink your coffee on the screened porch as you watch the sunrise or enjoy a book under the string lights at night!

Other things to note
The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

There is a doorbell camera in place to protect guests and the property. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

It is exterior only and in plain sight.
The property is surrounded by wildlife. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs and critters in the home, but again… you're in nature. Please let us know if you have any issues and we will make things right.

No late check-out or early check-in.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee :)

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

You get the whole house! The property also offers self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience without coordinating schedules.

The house is yours! We have a designated owner's closet right when you walk into the master bedroom that is locked by a deadbolt.

Other things to note
We do not provide refunds for weather or outages. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. It's common to have tropical weather in the area and experience water, power, and internet outages like any Florida beach town and we can't control when those things happen :)

Pet Policy:
We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.

Also, Please Note: We are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.
