If you like your beach vacations on the quiet side, St. Joe Beach’s tranquil charm is a perfect fit. A pet-friendly beach situated midway between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, this 3 mile stretch of white sandy beaches consists of classic Florida beach cottages and vacation rental homes.

Mimi’s Place was designed with beach lovers in mind and is perfect for up to 6 guests who want to relax in casual luxury. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the light airiness of the décor and colors. Once you are inside the ground floor living level, your line of sight will draw you through the patio doors, past the covered patio, across to the beautiful horizon. The color palette of the sunlit sky, sparkling blue water, and white sandy beaches have inspired the stylish scheme of the interior.

Morning coffee is best enjoyed on the comfortable outdoor seating. Your favorite show is always better when you’re cozied up in the living room on the big screen TV. And when you’re hungry, cook up some deliciousness in the kitchen, with its top-quality stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, bright and open environment, and lots of light. Serve at the table in the dining room right off the kitchen, and when it’s time to hit the hay the two bedrooms are just a short flight of stairs away.

The second level of Mimi’s Place is divided into two bedrooms. The first is comfortably arranged with a king bed with a full bath just outside the room’s entrance. The second bedroom is the large master with another king bed, a master bath, and the best part-a gulf view deck. An open deck just off the master bedroom, it’s the best place to catch a tan and to enjoy the unobstructed gulf views.

It’s time to pack your bags, your travel buddies, and even the dogs and head to Mimi’s Place in St. Joe Beach.

Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our trip. It was a quiet area, an easy trip to the beach, and the home was nice. The home had nice touches that most places don't think about such as night lights, coasters, and even hangers. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and was located centrally between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. We'll be back.

Great stay! Mimi’s Place was the perfect pet friendly stay with beautiful views of the beach. It was very clean and welcoming. Felt like home. The unblocked views could be seen from the bottom floor and 2nd floor. Beach access was literally right across the street and within walking distance to several restaurants. Would definitely book this stay again.

Amazing

Everything was amazing!! The views are spectacular, the house was breathtaking, the beds were comfy, the house had everything needed, it was a perfect trip!! We loved watching the sun go down at night from the deck. We will definitely be back next year or maybe again this year!

Ringing in the New Year in Port St Joe

We LOVED this property!!! Super comfortable, well appointed kitchen, with all the little things thoughtfully provided that one could or may need during their stay. We explored during the day, enjoyed local restaurants and sunset dog friendly beach walks right across the street. Stayed in at night and cooked fresh seafood dinners. The outdoor space was perfect! Being January, weather was a bit unpredictable, we sat out even when it rained. New Years Eve was wonderful with local fireworks and neighbors gathering to watch. We met some new friends that we will continue to keep in touch and plan future visits with. We thought we would have an outdoor BBQ grill, but no- and grill was listed in amenities. We enjoyed this condo very much and would book back again for sure. For check in, being a holiday weekend, we were still able to call and speak with the property management from Pristine and get an earlier check in. We were very appreciative of them being available to answer our call.

Absolutely PERFECT

I cant say enough about how wonderful this property is. This owner should teach other renters how to do it right! Everything was so clean, fresh and every amenity you could wish for in a house is there. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The path to the beach is right across the street and the views of the water and sunsets are clear from the patio and upper deck.

Excellent quiet vacation home

We loved the house, location and that we could take our dogs along . The kitchen was well equipped. with anything we may need. Nice location with gulf view and easy beach access across the street from home. We couldn’t have been happier!

Lovely condo just steps from the beach

My closest friend of mine and our older pups went to the beach to relax and catch up and this was the perfect place to do that. We brought in all our food and drinks and never left the condo except to go to the beach, it was exactly what we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and great location

The property had been completely updated and was very well done. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach is directly across the street and full view as no obstruction’s. Fenced in area on front of the townhouse was great for a dog. Will definitely stay here again
