Gulf Views, Mexico Beach Condo, Pool, Hot Tub ~ Summerhouse 209

Please be aware that this condo building is undergoing a roof replacement as well as other necessary repairs and improvements that are estimated to last until July.  During this time, there could be excess noise, construction activity, and people during business hours.  Per the Board of Directors at Summerhouse Condominium, the pool access is not guaranteed during this period. The Association is unable to accommodate individual requests or make special arrangements regarding pool availability while construction is ongoing.  We appreciate your understanding, and additional updates will be provided as conditions change.

Summerhouse is a gulf view condo complex centrally located in Mexico Beach. Within the complex, you will have access to a community pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a grilling/picnic area on the ground level. Mexico Beach is a cute little beach town about 3 miles long with local shops and restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Most of the hot stops can be reached by foot or bike along the sidewalk just outside of Summerhouse.

This particular condo is a large 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with an additional sleeping nook. It sleeps a party of 7 very comfortably. It is so charming in the way that it’s decorated, you’ll certainly feel like you’re at the beach even when you’ve come off of it. The large sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural lighting and allow for an awesome view of the beach. Take a step closer once you walk out on the deck where you can also enjoy a meal.

Floor Plan: 1st floor – kitchen, dining, gulf view living room with sleeper sofa, TV and access to the furnished gulf view deck; full bath with shower only, Bedroom 1 – with queen bed and TV; sleeping nook with a day bed built into the wall and Bedroom 2 – king bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo.

Please notice: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
