The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained. The beach is small, but the snorkeling right off the beach was surprisingly great and one of our favorite things about the resort. "What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! "

"I booked this hotel for a week. It’s almost an hour from the airport. Not very much around it. It’s a beautiful resort. The food was very good. HOWEVER, due to the location there is a big bug issue. Mosquitos, sand fleas and biting gnats. It was so bad we couldn’t even spend time outside. Despite the fact we put on bug repellent. We ended up being in the room more often, and there were a lot of bugs in the room as well. Mosquitos, biting gnats and roaches. I am covered in bites from head to toe....
