Beautiful newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom waterfront home located in the Sea Ranch community of Hudson, FL. The home is located on a deep water canal system with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. A private dock and ample driveway space allows guests the option to bring a boat or rent one from the marinas located within the canal system. A public boat launch is less than a mile away. There are also several charter boats in the area that offer fishing, diving and snorkeling experiences. Only 2 miles to Hudson Beach, less than 5 miles to SunWest Park & Lift Adventure Park, and 10 miles to Robert K Rees Memorial Park beach. Adult and youth size life jackets, beach towels, chairs, beach cart, large rolling Coleman cooler, beach/pool toys, and fishing rods are available for guests to use. The rental also includes four sea kayaks to explore the wildlife and keys of the Gulf, a quick paddle from the home.
Hudson Beach is only five minutes away, which offers great waterfront dining options. There are plenty of additional restaurants nearby that serve fresh local seafood and great take out or delivery options are also available. Fresh seafood markets are close by offering plenty of seafood options "straight off the boats." Relax and enjoy the lanai-covered in ground heated pool, covered outdoor patio with hot tub, or dolphin watching and fishing for Mangrove snapper from the brand new dock! Guests can expect to see plenty of wildlife, including manatees and dolphins that regularly enter the canal. There are several shopping options nearby and many supermarkets in close proximity of the home to keep you stocked, including a Walmart Super Center, ALDI, Save A Lot, Winn Dixie, Publix, and ABC Fine Wines & Liquor. There are also several antique stores in the area to shop for unique finds.
The house has all of the comforts and amenities of home including a full kitchen complete with utensils and cookware, a Keurig K Duo programmable coffee maker (for single cups or a full 12 cup pot), linens and towels, new washer and dryer, high speed 5G internet, and Spectrum cable TV in the living room and primary bedroom. The living room also has a large screen Smart TV and JBL home theater system with BluRay DVD player. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full trundle bed in the second bedroom. To accommodate additional guests, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the Florida room. Only 3.5 miles to Beacon Woods golf course or Congo River mini golf. A short ride to historic Tarpon Springs, a picturesque seaside village. Tarpon Springs' charming downtown center is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. For a once in a lifetime experience, visit the Homosassa Springs-Crystal River area which offers amazing snorkeling, swimming and fishing and the opportunity to swim with manatees. Crystal River is a pristine, spring-fed river system that stays at approximately 72 degrees year round. Similarly, Homosassa’s multiple springs are crystal clear and serve as a warm water shelter for manatees from October through April. Visitors can dive for bay scallops during the open summer season when scallops migrate to the area to spawn. Each person can harvest up to 5 gallons of scallops per day. Visit Sister Springs where swimmers can pass through short underwater tunnels carved in limestone by the force of the springs, or float down stream in tubes in a natural lazy river in a beautiful, scenic setting.

When done exploring the Hudson area, relax at the home and take in the great fishing from the dock and kayaking to Bayonet Point, Durney Key or Salt Springs State Park, a short paddle away. Barbecue on the four burner gas grill and dine poolside on the large patio table that seats 6 people.
