The property was very good. I didn't like the booking system by Expedia. I unexpectedly had to leave a day earlier and Expedia would not let me change this after I was already at the Hotel. Thus, I had to pay for 3 nights instead of 2 nights that I actually spent. Not happy!

Clearly don’t do anything for customers that used Expedia. I called weeks before trying for connecting or rooms together but they were not responsive because I used Expedia. Not near and two floors away. No frig, no maid service, breakfast was less than appealing. Big bummer

You get to make a preference instead, which is subject to the hotel's availability after direct bookings are assigned their guaranteed room types. In the future, we recommend you book via the hotel's brand website or call the hotel directly to guarantee a particular room type. We apologize for the disappointment you describe with the expectation of a refrigerator, and we are sorry that our breakfast did not particularly appeal to you. Our primary goal is always to exceed expectations of comfort, convenience, and quality amenities. Thus, we take this seriously and have forwarded your comments to management for review. As for housekeeping, it is tailored for your comfort. Our service policy is to provide full deep cleanings prior to check-in and scheduled cleanings during longer stays. This is our second stay at this property. First I have to say that Celina who checked us in was one of the most professional and friendly service person we have came in contact with. Absolutely Awesome! The hotel is quiet and clean...and free breakfast is hot food.

Every single time I stay here, it is always such a pleasure!! I sleep so comfortably and get greeted with such warmth. I would like to specifically recognize Tiara who was just the sweetest, kindest, bubbly young lady and was all smiles upon check in. I had a very small issue with the AC and she came right up to assist. This is our "go to" hotel whenever we visit Port Richey. Thank you all for your kind and consistent hospitality. It goes unnoticed!

Excellent place and will stay again.
The hotel was clean. The staff friendly and courteous. The handicap room was very spacious and well maintained. The only things that could improve was the AC was on the loud side and you couldn't have the microwave plugged in if you had the micro fridge plugged in because their plug size interfered with each other at the socket.

Staff at check-in was exceptional (Dana) and overall stay was very good. Clean and quiet. I did not need to use the breakfast service, etc so can't comment on that. Only drawback....when my card key didn't work (several days into my stay) and I asked for a replacement at the front desk, I was given one immediately without the front desk rep ever asking for any identifying information. I did mention this after I was given the replacement card and she apologized. I felt bad about pointing out her oversight but safety/security is not a small thing.

Was assigned a handicap room, no micro wave usb outlets TV was micro the beds were advertised as queen they are only full size. the ceiling had a crack going from one side to other side of room, no view from window, poor lighting is room. the dog walk has overgrown sandspurs throughout.and my room rate was the same as other rooms
