"It's an older hotel. The rooms are adequate. All the staff were friendly and helpful EXCEPT THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK. Don't expect a warm welcome."

Wyndham Tortola BVI Lambert Beach Resort
"Grounds were very pretty. Rooms had much wear and tear. I got so many itchy bug bites while there, inside the room and out on the grounds. The itching was/ is awful! I let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to care."
