Beautiful 2/1 Home - Walking Distance to the Beach

  • Come and enjoy our beautiful 2/1 house located one block from the Halifax River and a few blocks away from the beach.

    Our fully renovated home has a King bed, 2 twins +, 1 pull out Queen sofa bed) & features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, two patio areas, and a cozy fire pit in the backyard.

    Centrally located, you can chill at the house around the fire pit, walk to the beach & marina or explore the restaurants and shops close by. You may even see a rocket launch!
    The space
    Our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house features two patio areas and a cozy fire pit area. It has a master bedroom with a king bed and a big screen TV. Plenty of closet space. The guest room has 2 twin plus beds and a flat screen TV as well. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa bed and a big screen TV. Separate dining room area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It comes fully equipped make cooking and eating at home convenient.

    Parking is in the driveway only. No garage parking.
    Other things to note
    We do not provide firewood for the fire pit but you can purchase it in local stores and gas stations. Use the fire pit at your own risk and please review our fire pit safety rules. Guests must sign a fire pit and liability disclaimer prior to stay.

Nice house in a good neighborhood, walking distance to the beach & the Intercoastal. The best diner in Daytona, Pat’s Riverfront Cafe, is just around the corner. That was a definite plus!

BEST LOCATION!!

This was the most perfect spot for such a good price! We stayed 3 nights and it was a super beautiful and clean house with a nice sized back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the beach, the restaurants within walking distance, and highly recommend the brewery right around the corner. We plan to come back and stay longer next time! If you are looking for a place that is around more local spots rather than the hustle and bustle, this was it! The owner also was very good with communication when we had questions. Highly recommend a stay here.

Peaceful Area

We were in Daytona for a quick four day work trip. We’ve never stayed in this area, but I would highly recommend it. It’s just a short distance from the middle of Daytona. The house had everything you needed. Very comfortable clean and convenient to many restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. we would definitely stay here again hopefully next time for a relaxing beach and fishing trip.

This house was an awesome choice for me and my family. The house was so clean and felt welcoming. The back yard is beautiful, just right for the family to enjoy the weather outside which was great. Excellent home close to beach

This was a wonderful home and perfect for a few days close to the beach. The home is exactly as described and is very comfortable and clean and has all of the essentials in the kitchen if you want to prepare meals. The backyard, porches, and fire pit were great! With permission from the host, we had our basketball team over for dinner (12 big teenagers) and there was room for everyone. Michael was very accommodating and helpful and a great communicator. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to a return visit in the summer.
