Self contained pet friendly accommodation

Sinclair cottage is a one bedroom, self contained, air conditioned cottage situated at the rear of the property which is shared with Sinclair Eco House. Close to town, the hospital and all amenities, with a large dog friendly park opposite the house.
Private outdoor seating area and garden. Off street parking.
Tea, coffee, milk and some pantry supplies are provided. Wifi is available at no additional cost.

Perfect!
Quaint exterior hides a lovely, clean, and well presented little home away from home. Very well equipped, strong hot shower, very comfy, and has plenty of space for the fur babies to explore and enjoy. Toni was delightful, and her recommendations for the French Patisserie, L'Ansa Cafe as well as the coffee at Boston Bean were perfect. Thank you, Toni. Hope to be back again.

Nicely updated cottage and very clean and tidy with all amenities. Good value and perfect for my husband and I with a secure yard for our pet Whippet.

Perfect for two for short stay
The property was ideal for our needs. We only used it for breakfast meals. My only recommendation would be to have a sign at the front of the property indicating where to go as it is hidden behind buildings at the front of the property. Property manager was helpful to us
