This home was absolutely incredible and perfect for our family! It was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The house is very kid-friendly, which made traveling as a family so easy and stress-free.The kitchen was extremely well equipped—better than many rentals we’ve stayed in. We loved having the large dining table where our whole family could sit together for meals, games, and quality family time. It truly became the heart of our stay.The pool was fantastic and a huge hit with everyone. And the primary bathroom shower… WOW. Hands down one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced—such a luxurious touch and a highlight we all kept talking about!This home is clearly cared for and set up with guests in mind. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Great host with great communication prior to our stay so we knew what to expect. Loved the pool. We were so glad it was warm enough to heat the pool. House was relaxing and there were plenty of supplies for everything we wanted to cook. It’s a perfect piece of paradise away from the cold up north.

Nice get away

The house was perfect for us! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfy, the pool was amazing and caught a bunch of catfish off the dock. Would love to come back!!!

Everything we wanted!

The layout of the house was very user friendly. The decor was very nice. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the pool. It was only 3' and 4' deep--good when our young family members came to visit. The kitch was very well equiped. The beds were comfortable. Our host was so nice and very responsive. We hope to stay here again when we come to Port Charlotte.was very nice

Lovely Home on the Canal

We had such a lovely time during our stay in Port Charlotte. April was very responsive to any questions and very pleasant. The home was perfect for us and another couple and our two little pups.Everything we needed was in the home, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathrooms.The house was tastefully, decorated, and light and airy.. we enjoyed sitting every morning with our coffee in the little nook overlooking the backyard. Sitting outside on the patio reading, having a cup of coffee, or eating breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool very much and used it nearly every day. It had everything you needed also to go to the beach, such as beach chairs, wagon,sea shelling equipment, and cooler. Would love to come back here sometime.!

A Special Place

Property is well laid out and spotless. Pool area is lovely and overlooks the canal, we ate most of our meals here. Kitchen is very well equipped. Location is very quiet but close to shopping. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you April!

Nice home recently updated

Like new, property was recently renovated and the whole house was like new. Kitchen, bathrooms, Bedrooms, all flooring, furniture etc.All new or like new.Covered Pool was a nice "Spool" size and heated to perfection. Good size and clean yard with a new dock to catch some sun rays or fish from.Missed the playroom, but I'm sure it will be back soon.

Great pool and outdoor space and games room.

The home was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay immensely. April responded immediately to all our requests. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have an extra fridge to keep our drinks cold. If you had kids the garage with its games would be great to keep them occupied. You do however need a car from this location to get around. But nothing is very far away. We spent most of out time outside on the deck and in the pool. Thanks April for a great stay.

Fantastic home

The house was great, big, bright and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking item you would need to make a meal. Close to stores and 1-2 hours north or south to various sights and fun things to do. A nice neighborhood and parks close by. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. April, the owner, was great. If I’m in the area in the future, I will rent this house again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Convenient to grocery and restaurants but nothing in walking distance. Quiet area and nice grill, patio, and pool but cold. Couldn’t figure out either bedroom tvs but really never had time to use until late at night. We really enjoyed this place and would return.

Nice place and accommodating

April was helpful when we needed an early arrival time. The house was nice and clean and the game room kept everyone busy! The pool was nice to have as well. Would definitely rebook this house.
