Awesome accomodations. Clean, comfortable and relaxing! The pool is wonderful and so is the dock. We fished!!The house is decorated so cute and the set up is inviting.

The property was great and as advertised. There were plenty of essentials and a great outdoor entertaining area. The canal made for a short boat ride into Charlotte Harbor and room for my 19’ bay boat. The owner was very kind and responsive with any questions or concerns.

Beautiful home and wonderful stay. Very comfortable couch and beds. Love that there’s TVs in every room. Patio and pool were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this place again in the future!

Beautiful gulf coast getaway

Loved the house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and many other activities. Saw tons of fish in the canal behind the house and even a manatee swam by one day. Would definitely stay here again. The host was really fast responding to messages. Thank you so much.

Relaxing trip

House is conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Pool is wonderful! Had plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Everything was working in the kitchen although we ate out for dinners. The rental is clean and comfy.

Overall very good stay. Neighborhood a lil rough looking but quiet and seemed safe. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Nice having dock and lift. Pool was refreshing, pool deck could use some tlc /paint chips stuck to feet. Grill was great and cooked well, tank was empty but we were able to get it filled over at Publix no problem. Location was close to all we needed. Overall a good base camp for our adventures along the coast.

Florida Stay

The pictures of the home were accurate and it was described online the way we found it when we arrived. The owner answered all of our questions and was extremely prompt with his responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what we had wanted and expected.

We had a nice stay here, the property was clean and as pictured. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the description said there was a hot tub and we didn't see one. The owner was very accommodating, which we appreciated.

Clean and Comfortable

We drove from Texas to visit family close by and chose this house to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised to walk in after a long drive and find a spacious clean house. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool while we were there, but it looked inviting. Adrian was a joy to work with and always responded quickly to my messages. Thank you, Adrian for keeping our stay at the house stress free.

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice and had great modern, beach decor. Freezer didn’t keep our icecream frozen solid but might have been due to the frost built up so the owner was going to look into it. The screen door to the right of the pool had a chair blocking it when we arrived. We discovered later it was due to the door hinges being mostly broken but it didn’t matter since there was another door we could use. When we first arrived we were about 50mins early and Adrian allowed us to go in early since the property was ready. That was extremely helpful since our AC in our car had gone out that morning and it was stifling hot. There were some minor things that could use updating but overall property was as described. The cleaner showed up a day early and walked in while we were there luckily. She phoned the owner of the cleaning company and he spoke to my husband. He was pretty sassy and adamant that we were supposed to have been out by 11 that day however, my husband told him to call someone else then because we were paid through the following day and the cleaner left. Shortly after that Adrian text me with his apologies for their confusion and mix up and even sent us a dessert to make up for the mix up. Adrian was very responsive and pleasant throughout our trip.
