This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is centrally located in Surfside Estates. Both the home and the lot have plenty of room for your family to gather and enjoy one another, and enjoy the incredible beach views.



You'll find the conveniences of home at Little Slice of Paradise - from cozy furnishings, on-site washer and dryer, to high speed internet for your devices, all you need is available. The well-appointed kitchen has both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, cooking equipment, dishes, utensils, and drinkware. There is room for the family with a separate dining table and peninsula seating.



With over 2000 square feet, this home easily accommodates 16. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath. Bedroom two features 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and bedroom three has 2 queens with an additional trundle bed. The fourth bedroom offers two full size beds. All bedrooms (as well as the living room) have their own televisions.



Downstairs there is ample parking, as well as entertaining space with a picnic table and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is always a plus after a long day in the sun and sand!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
