Tropical business !!!

My stay ,wasn't that good !!! The Guardian/Super turn the main water off in 3 different occasions,that is not right ,because I paid for that . The place look like no one has book there in a while... floor is not mopped,shower has no head,water splashed everywhere,Ac is only for a few hours ,that's not right ! I don't like writing bad reviews,this time ; I am using my conscious to other travelers navigate overseas. Thank you.

The location is not secure due to the insecurity

I didn't stay at that hotel i had to leave right after i check in. First of all they couldn't located my reservation, Even thought i gave them the confirmation number, The place was not secure for me to stay, The room was very hot, they gave me a fan but the fan was blowing hot air, the A/C system in that room was off and could not turn on. The hotel location was hard to find, i was not happy at all I will not recommend any of my friends to this place

That hotel billed me unduly twice. Easter weekend, there was no staff available. Could not dine in neither have breakfast. Not even a coffee!!

Hotel needs major improvement.

I spent 7 days with my wife. The hotel is clean but the rooms need improvement. Electricity, Ac system or water is scarce. I don't think I will visit it anymore.

Bel Ayiti Apartment Is A Big Scam

I went to Bel Ayiti Apartment on December 28th to check in. I got there at 2:15 pm. First of all, the gates were not open. There is no service with a concierge. I knocked at the door for 30 minutes. Nobody answered. There was a sign that says, "We are open, call us at 47575757". I called many times, even in the evening, but in vain. Eventually, I had to leave and go to another hotel. My conclusion: this appartment is a scam. Please do not go to Bel Ayiti Appartments. They are stealing people's money. They mention the payment is not refundable, another clue that this is scam. I had to cancel a reservation in a previous hotel because I missed my flight, I got a 100% refund despite I cancelled after the time I was supposed to check in.

Nice apartment

My 4 day stay at the bel ayiti apartments was wonderful.... I enjoyed my stay there with my boyfriend and family.... Quite and gated... I felt very safe at all times... I enjoyed the fact i was able to feel at home there... So coming back... I highly recommend it.... Staff is very helpful...
