Nice staff, nice room, safe location within walking distance of historic area, away from principle tourist areas which are traditionally high crime, and more of a typical local community environment, which I also like. Had some facility issues which they fixed as soon as possible.

All the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great as well. The location is perfect. I just hope that WiFi can be stronger.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was so welcoming, service was personal, location was great and our room ( suite with loft ) had an amazing view. Room was clean and quite, food was really good and we'd recommend this to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kantu hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. What struck me most was its unbeatable location – a short, pleasant walk to a delightful array of restaurants and unique small shops. Being so close to the historic square was an added bonus, allowing for easy exploration of the area's rich history and culture. Beyond the prime location, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their attentiveness truly made me feel welcome and valued. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offered a fantastic experience that combined convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a vibrant and accessible location.

This hotel felt quite comfortable and calm. It was a lovely oasis in the city. There are a few courtyards that were so nice to sit in. I was in a group of 9 people and many of the rooms had bathtubs that the other ladies were very happy about. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great where we were able to order eggs the way we wanted them done and there were choices of many other foods. We could order latte, Americano and cappuccino coffees, which were included in the breakfast. The hotel is located a short walk to the San Pedro Market, and about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. It is on a side street which made it quieter, but close enough to restaurants and shops. We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Cusco, and they all had their unique great qualities. This hotel was more upscale and very comfortable.
