Charming villa sea view and castle .wifi, parking

House charm sea and castle on the coastal path at the foot of the beach, in a garden de1700 m² with wood.
You can do all walk .Parking for cars.
A large reception room (60m2) with a view of the castle and the port entrance. A forest to cool in the summer and make cabins a real playground for children. a real family home where you will feel at home. Wifi available.
Warning ,
a deposit of 600 € by check for the house and 100 € for cleaning will be requested upon your arrival. Checks will not be cashed unless damage.
The sheets are in supplement 15 € per bed and 5 € for towels per person.

Lovely house, lovely position but little tired, Poor lounge seating and layout (2nd bathroom with the shower on the ground floor, both doubles on first floor). Host does not speak English which made it difficult to communicate. But enjoyable stay.

Typical Pornic House with Great view

Beautiful location with view of Pornic and it’s harbor and castle. Great walks and jogging paths start in front of the house. Upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds in each. Upstairs bathroom with small bathtub. Downstairs bedroom ok for 3 small children with simple bunkbed. Patio on ground floor unfortunately a bit too small to eat outside. BBQ and pique nique table in the courtyard. Supermarket in 15 minute walking distance. Restaurants and bakery reachable in 10 minutes. Friendly hosts who live close by. Cleaning fee and bedlinens need to be booked extra, as not included in price.

Catherine accueille avec gentillesse et bienveillance, nous étions 7 personnes et un petit chien. Le gîte correspond parfaitement à la description, bien équipé et propre, une belle découverte avec une superbe vue sur l'océan et une facilité pour visiter Pornic à pied.

Location conforme à la description. On a passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Très bien placée. On ne se lasse pas de la vue. On a beaucoup apprécié le feu de cheminée en arrivant. Les extérieurs mériteraient un peu plus d'entretien pour en profiter pleinement. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons un séjour des plus plaisants dans une maison merveilleuse avec tout le confort, une vue unique, un vrai régal dans un lieu patrimonial. La plage juste en dessous est parfaite pour les enfants. Super communication avec Catherine et Eric qui sont des hôtes charmants et à votre disposition. Tout pour des vacances reposentes

La maison est conforme à la description. Son emplacement proche du centre ville nous a permis de ne pas utiliser les voitures pendant toute la semaine; Les balades le long des cotes sont également très agréables. La route devant la maison étant peu passagère, le quartier est très calme. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la une vue sur la baie et ses ports.Un grand merci à Catherine et Eric pour leur accueil.Nous reviendrons !

La maison est un rêve. Les vacances étaient incroyablement belles. La maison offre toutes les possibilités et était optimale pour nous en tant que famille de quatre adultes et deux enfants. Magnifique expérience

Nous avons adoré notre séjour destiné à nous retrouver en famille avec nos 2 grandes filles dont l’une habite Nantes . Le contact avec les propriétaires a été bref mais très agréable et efficace . La maison a un charme fou , une vue magnifique de toute les pièces , elle est aussi idéalement située entre les plages et le centre de Pornic . Entre visite à Nantes , promenades sur le sentier des douaniers , baignade ( fraîche) sur la plage , shopping dans les jolies rues de la ville et apéritifs dans le séjour avec une vue à couper le souffle , ce séjour a été plus qu’agréable et c’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons . Mention spéciale aussi au jardin qui a beaucoup plu aux animaux .

Maison très agréable

La maison est située à 7 minutes à pied du centre de Pornic et en bordure du sentier côtier. Les pièces sont grandes et très agréables, notamment le séjour, très lumineux, qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'entrée du port et le château au rythme des marées. La maison est parfaitement tenue et la literie confortable. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la cheminée. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans les parages: la côte, Nantes, Noirmoutiers... Les hôtes sont très accueillants, et à proximité si nécessaire.
