    Located in the lively Palazzo building of Porto Letizia, this stylish, 1-bedroom apartment sets the perfect scene for a carefree stay with family or friends. The apartment has a private balcony with an option of relaxation in the Mediterranean sun with long mountain views. Inside, an open living room is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen for a hassle-free holiday.

    A bedroom with a double bed or twin joinable beds along with a double sofa bed in the living room is available for sleeping. The bathroom is a full suite fitted with a bath/shower and WC and bidet.

    Located in the town of Porlezza, this apartment is ideal to explore the Swiss-Italian lakes of Como and Lugano, which are about half an hour’s drive from its location. The Palazzo offers a Wi-Fi-enabled reception area with tourist information, a modern café bar, the restaurant Osteria del Porto and more. Please note that the bar and restaurant are located on the ground floor. During the months of July and August, there is also in-house kids’ entertainment available for families coming with young ones. The holiday resort also features a shared pet-friendly park with foot and bike paths, a communal beach with a lake-view restaurant and a lido bar near the lake area, watersport hire and two children\'s play areas.

    From the resort’s hassle-free location, guests can reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza and its historic town centre in a 2-5 minute walk. sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was es so braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage sehr sauber. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Beschrieb steht, dass die Wohnung 1 Schlafzimmer hat, es sind jedoch zwei. Im einen Zimmer ist noch ein Hochbett und ein einzelnes Bett.
