In the small town of Katun, not far from the famous tourist center of Porec, there is this beautiful stone villa, built in the traditional Istrian style. On the ground floor is the large living/dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.

The parking space is directly in front of the villa on the lockable property, and there is also a small shed for safely storing your bicycles.

In the cozy outdoor area there is a private pool with evening lighting that invites you to relax.
Porec, the most famous and popular holiday resort in Istria, is located in the middle of the west coast. Porec is a city with rich cultural heritage. Beach lovers will also get their money's worth in Porec, there are numerous free beaches. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from Porec (12 km). The journey to Porec is also very easy to do by bike, the road is in very good condition and the speed limit makes it very pleasant to drive on.
A leisurely walk through the wonderful nature, past meadows and forests to Baderna on a traffic-free hiking trail, is also recommended, directly from the accommodation (approx. 1.5 km).
In Baderna there is a market, restaurant, pizzeria, gas station, etc.
