"In general we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the bathroom but it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our biggest complaint is with the twin beds. They were very uncomfortable and felt as if you were sleeping on metal slats. Also the bedding was too lightweight for the cooler nights. We will definitely return but only if the beds/bedding are upgraded."

"There were several annoying issues: very minimal kitchen, no chairs on one of the patios, a cupboard door hanging on a hinge, very light electrical load allowed, to name a few. Homing’s responses were good for the most part…except when their answer to no chairs on the patio was for me to move the 2 from the front patio when I wanted to sit there. Clearly no way to have guests or enjoy the patios as I would have expected. I had the heat on, plugged in a kettle and the breaker went off. The bed...

"The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. It could do with a little TLC generally, but all small stuff. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the repair guy came promptly,"

"2 toliet papers for 1 week for 3 people also no bin bags until 3rd day. Shower was mucky and dirty. Tap water to brush teeth was nasty and all 3 of us got sick. Communication with host was very difficult and we had to buy alot of stuff ourselfs e.g first 2 days we bought bin bags we bought toliet paper soap shower gel as it was jot provided. Towels were dirty as well."
