Beautiful, cosy villa "Laura", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 2.5 km from the centre of Poppi, 30 km from the centre of Arezzo, outside the resort, 60 km from the centre of Firenze. Private: park 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 26.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.1 km, railway station "Poppi" 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 16 km. situation idéale

Très belle maison assez confortable (excellente literie) entourée d'un vaste jardin avec une vue sur le château de Poppi et les montagnes. Calme et tranquillité. Balades magnifiques dans le massif de la Verna et beautés de la renaissance italienne à proximité.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die aber nur italienisch können, was aber trotzdem gut funktioniert.Einige Betten sind mit einer sehr weichen Matratze ausgestattet. Beim oberen Bad läuft das Wasser sowohl im Waschbecken als auch in der Badewanne sehr schlecht ab (Abflüsse sind verdreckt). Das Bad im Erdgeschoss wurde nicht benutzt, die Abflüsse haben dort sehr stark gerochen.

das objekt vermittelt den eindruck, dass es mal zu einer gehobemen kategorie gehörte aber nun seit jahren nur noch kassiert und nicht mehr investiert wird. das macht sich insbesondere an den teilweise maroden und nicht gepflegten sanitären einrichtungen bemerkbar (amaturen grösstenteils verkalkt, sehr schlechtes ablaufen des wassers, keine zeitgemässe ausstattung). steht im widerspruch zum, zumindest in unserem zeitraum, hohen preis (2300,– pro woche).
