「SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Issaquah is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel to stay at. Staff was welcoming and very nice. The lobby and dining area are very nice, spacious and clean. The room we stayed in was modern and uniquely laid out. It had a nice pull-out sofa from West Elm at one end, closest to the door. 「今回、約2週間ほど滞在しました。 場所は正直良くありません。ダウンタウンにも遠いし、周辺にはコストコなどはありますがウォルマートもなく不便でした。 2週間滞在した際、一度も部屋の掃除に来てもらえませんでした。ごみの回収もなし。 モーテル６ってこんなんだっけ？？ 部屋は狭く何の匂いだろ？何かが匂っていました。 まぁ、安いし期待はしていませんでしたが微妙です。日本人でココを検討している方がおられたらオススメはしません。もう少しお金払って綺麗なホテルに泊まった方が無難かと思いますよ。」

「予約する前に見たエクスペディアのページには清掃（毎日）と書いてあったのに、実際にはハウスキーピングが無かった。フロントで聞いてみたらサービスとしてやってないと言われた。タオルの交換は頼めばフロントでやってくれたが、３日目には在庫がないと言われた。石鹸も在庫がないと言われて近くの店に買いに行った。 シャワーがほぼぬるま湯か水しか出なくて寒かった。お湯はたまに数秒出る程度だった。 最初からハウスキーピングは対象外でアメニティも最低限だから安いよって書いておいてくれたら心の準備もできたのにと思う。 なのでハウスキーピングが無くても良い人か、1泊なら気にしなくて済むと思う。 スタッフはフレンドリーで良かっただけにモヤモヤしました。」

「It was a good stay for just myself but I wouldn’t come if I was staying with my wife. In good area but the property building needs a bit of updating and deeper cleaning in the rooms. Staff is good and nice」
