"PROS: Staff were wonderful and friendly. Location was ideal for my needs, with restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby. Plenty of parking, and pet friendly! Close to freeway, but I didn’t hear any freeway noise. Loved the coffee they served. CONS: minor stuff…but toilet seat didn’t fit toilet and was loose. Shower caulking application sloppy. No fan in bathroom. Paint peeling from bathroom trim. Toilet paper holder loose. Nightstand light flickered so badly I couldn’t use it. Complimentary hot breakfast was served 20 minutes late. It wasn’t quite on par with newer neighboring hotels, but the location and staff were GREAT, so it might be worth overlooking the small stuff."

"The property was clean and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet deck surrounded by trees. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The owner, Bill, is very friendly and a real treat to talk to! What a warm personality! And he is very quick to respond to any queries you may have. The only reason the property receives 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no downstairs family room. The “family room” is up stairs and consists of a love seat, desk, tv stand and tv. We like to spend time together in a family room with the people we are in Issaquah to visit and there is no comfortable way to do that in a room that is really more of a home office than family room. Also, there is no full size dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a small counter top dishwasher which while fascinating (who knew those existed??) is a bother to wash one meal’s worth of dishes at a time and you have to pour pitchers of water in the top of the dishwasher to run it. If the family room and dishwasher are not issues for you then I recommend this property!"

"House was very unique with decoration, but host was very accommodating. Main king suite bedroom in on the bigger kitchen and living level. So all other beds are down a step staircase. But it was nice having extra space in downstairs living room and kitchen with the bedrooms. Had to use another bedrooms suite shower for 4th bedroom in the 4 season porch bedroom. So only a hall 1/2 bath for that bedroom."

"This lovely home is a true gem in a lush, serene, country location not too far from Issaquah. It worked perfectly for our group's two night stay, We enjoyed the gas grill and loved the big, private deck where we gathered for our evening meals in the beautiful, private, and peaceful setting. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and even snacks were waiting for us upon our arrival. Plenty of hot water for everyone's showers and the A/C worked great. Tim was very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to check in several hours early and stay several hours late for no additional charge. This act of kindness was so much appreciated and so very helpful with everyone's challenging travel schedules. Highly recommend this home!"
