"The property was clean and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet deck surrounded by trees. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The owner, Bill, is very friendly and a real treat to talk to! What a warm personality! And he is very quick to respond to any queries you may have. The only reason the property receives 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no downstairs family room. The “family room” is up stairs and consists of a love seat, desk, tv stand and tv. We like to spend time together in a family room with the people we are in Issaquah to visit and there is no comfortable way to do that in a room that is really more of a home office than family room. Also, there is no full size dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a small counter top dishwasher which while fascinating (who knew those existed??) is a bother to wash one meal’s worth of dishes at a time and you have to pour pitchers of water in the top of the dishwasher to run it. If the family room and dishwasher are not issues for you then I recommend this property!"

"This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had! The house was perfect with its seclusion. It was the respite that me and my family needed away from our busy lives.Every day we sat out on the deck and listened to the stream. We had our coffee in the morning and played cards and chatted at night.The house itself was stocked with everything you might need. It was clean and comfortable.I was sad to leave and get back to daily life.If you want the perfect peaceful getaway, this is the place.I'll definitely come back as soon as I can"

"This lovely home is a true gem in a lush, serene, country location not too far from Issaquah. It worked perfectly for our group's two night stay, We enjoyed the gas grill and loved the big, private deck where we gathered for our evening meals in the beautiful, private, and peaceful setting. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and even snacks were waiting for us upon our arrival. Plenty of hot water for everyone's showers and the A/C worked great. Tim was very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to check in several hours early and stay several hours late for no additional charge. This act of kindness was so much appreciated and so very helpful with everyone's challenging travel schedules. Highly recommend this home!"

"We have no complaints or negative comments about this property or the owner. There MAY be things that folks don’t like but I feel like those are just personal preferences. Comfortable and clean unit. Within a mile of the unit are parks, off leash dog area, restaurants, sweet treats, & shopping. The incredible walk and bike trail system is within a block of the front door. We often took our bikes everywhere and left the car. The dog park is maybe 1/2 mile but there is a park right out the front door and many dog walkers. There’s not much of an outdoor space for the unit but with so much beauty close by it was more fun for us to go explore. The neighbors/hood is clean and quiet. Sleep and safety were never a concern. Very generously appointed supplies (soaps, paper towels, coffee). We didn’t need anything once we got there but the host is very responsive and I felt comfortable that she’d be quick to assist if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely check availability on my next stay here!"
