Sleeping arrangements
This property accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Two queen bedrooms on the same level share a hallway bath. On the bottom floor, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed and a bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles. The bunk room also includes a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games, all within one space. A full bathroom on this level provides exterior access to the back deck, offering a convenient route after time on the beach.
Living spaces
The main living area opens to a 60-foot balcony facing the shoreline, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Inside, comfortable seating surrounds a streaming TV (no cable), and a nook with a dedicated workspace allows you to settle in when needed. Natural light and gentle coastal colors create an inviting setting for relaxing or spending time together.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, along with two dining tables that seat eight each and a breakfast bar for four. A grill and barbecue utensils make it easy to bring meals outdoors, where the ocean remains a backdrop throughout the day.
Outdoor living
From the beachfront deck, you can step directly onto the sand for shoreline walks or peaceful moments by the water. Multiple balconies and the patio offer places to take in breezes and changing ocean views. The bathroom with exterior access makes it simple to transition between beach time and indoor comfort.
Amenities & access
The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A private entrance and keypad self check-in provide added convenience. There is driveway parking parking for 3 cars maximum. Pets are not allowed.
