"Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."

"We loved the house and garden. Bernard and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. Our only negative comment is that there wasn't a lot to see or do in this area"

Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, ping-pong, pétanque, jeux pour enfants, tyrolienne, grand brasero, belles balades aux alentours, tout est rassemblé pour un passer un séjour convivial et dans la bonne humeur ! "Vaste maison idéalement située entre l'axe autoroutier et les lieux touristiques. La disposition des pièces a permis le séjour en famille, et donc avec des rythmes différents, facile en évitant de se trouver en dessous de la chambre où le bébé faisait ses siestes (isolation faible, mais pour des vacances c'est moins gênant). 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, c'est parfait. Et la présence des vaches a fait énormément plaisir à notre fils qui adorait les regarder rentrer en fin de journée. Encore merci "

"Très bon séjour, hôtes très agréables et réactifs aux messages. Maison cependant assez bruyante (on entend beaucoup les locataires du dessus jardin, bien qu ils étaient très gentils, peu d intimité dans les jardins respectifs). Pour une maison “isolée” au milieu de la forêt c est un peu dommage! "

"Great place to be for holidays"

"On a passé 2 jours dans cette petite maison au coeur d'un village auvergnat. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire et le petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Malheureusement nous avons dû écourter notre séjour suite à des problèmes familiaux. Nous avons regretté d'être aussi isolés, ne pouvant capter aucun réseau téléphonique. Le descriptif de l'annonce mentionnait pourtant qu'il y avait le wifi ..."

"We had a great time at this place. It is a pretty location in the higher altitues of the Massive Central. The place was clean and the owners were friendly. The only point of confusion was about the bed sheets. This costs extra, but the extra item was not described on VRBO/FeWo. (If you bring your own sheets make sure to ask them about the right sizes.) "

"This was the perfect property for our large family group. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, en suite bathrooms in every bedroom, endless space and activities for all - the indoor pool was especially appreciated on a couple of rainy days. Gillian was great to deal with and super helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! Wish we could go back every year!"

"This is an excellent modern apartment hotel very well located in Clermont-Ferrand near the center (Place de Jaude). The front desk was warm and efficient. Breakfast was decent (please supply more veggies and fruit!) with excellent coffee. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room - great views. Very good price for what we got. "

"We spent a week here. At first there was a problem with the a/c, but the staff changed our rooms so that was fine. The hotel offers breakfast but has no bar or restaurant, and no kettle/coffee-maker or fridge in the room. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, but the desk is mot manned 24 hours. Location is great---just off Place Jaude and very close to many eating places. "
