"The hotel is at a great location next to the Teatro. It is old and has a classic feel to it. The room is clean and has AC. Staff is nice and responsive. Breakfast is average. The shower drain may have issue. "

"We were greeted by a well spoken young man that spoke excellent English which was very well received! Super helpful and rooms were small but just what we needed for our purposes. Very clean and buffet breakfast had something for everyone! Very helpful with the little store where we could purchase water and a few very cold beer! "

"I stayed a few hours, found a different Hotel and left. I wouldn't recommend staying here, at all. The place is filthy starting with the Walls, the bathroom is miniature and dirty. Ridiculously noisy. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe in the least. The whole set up gave me fugitive on the run vibes, big time. There was rusty metal on my window for security purposes I guess. The Restaurant food was ok. I ordered food before I left. Staff appeared helpful. I'm fairly certain that the positive reviews online for this place are for The Restaurant alone. I definitely don't recommend this place"

"Clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and so was the food in the restaurant. I chose Hotel Saint Paul because they have room safes. The hotel is nice but not fancy. The air conditioning works great though. It’s is near the Theatro Amazonias so you can walk there easily during the day. We were on the third floor and there was a lot of street noise at night, so if you need it quiet to sleep be sure to get a room on the higher floors."

"No information about being two different rentals in one place: one being a hotel and the other one a flat owned privately property. No parking available and felt "discriminated" by not being able to "enjoy" the place. The whole structure needs renovation urgently. Although it seems like there is some renovation going on everywhere it should have been better for the price. Staff were great! The room we stayed was moldy and smelling."

"No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place."

"The staff were absolutely delightful—so warm and friendly. I don’t speak Portuguese, but that was never a problem. I used Google Translate with one staff member, but that was completely fine; after all, I’m the visitor who doesn’t speak the language. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern, updated bathrooms. There’s a huge shopping mall right next door, and getting around is incredibly easy—Uber rides are extremely inexpensive and usually arrive within three minutes because there are so many drivers. The prices were so low that I always tipped the full amount of the fare. The restaurant staff and the food were both exceptional. Overall, I had an amazing stay! While some areas of Manaus require a bit more caution, I felt completely safe at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Five ⭐️!"
