This home was a great home base to Sao Miguel island. The house was very clean and plenty of room. It had all you could ask for in the kitchen. The king bed was great. (All we used). Loved having our coffee and breakfast on the third floor deck before starting our day. Be sure to walk a few blocks to the main plaza! Will recommend to friends!

This place has everything. 3 story with balcony was wonderful. Each floor was set up nicely. Restaurants are very close, one wonderful restaurant was a stone’s throw away. Parking was a real hassle with buying a parking sub every four hours. Good news is when you get a parking ticket it is good all day.

Ponta Delgada Perfection

This cute, well appointed home is located in on a quiet street in a vibrant area of the city. The view from the 3rd floor balcony of the bay and the ocean is stunning. The two full baths, comfy beds and cozy sitting areas make it THE place to stay in town. The host is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Don’t pass this one up. Stay here.

Wonderful Location - Great Views

It is very much like the photos. There are 3 floors and a circular wood staircase. Kitchen Living Room and bathroom on entry level, 2 bedrooms 1 bath on second level and living area and balcony on top level. You can walk everywhere in town, and we found parking on street with meter. The bed was comfy with quality bedding. The instructions for sight seeing were awesome. I highly recommend. We had a great visit on this stunning island.

Beautiful apartment in Ponta Delgarda

Two couples stayed for 3 nights in this lovely apartment. It was modern, clean and spacious. We loved relaxing in the evening on the terrace overlooking the Marina. Location was great too! Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful apartment in Ponta Delgada

We are 2 retired couples who love traveling together. This apartment was perfectly situated and beautifully appointed throughout. Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming and did advise us the neither air conditioner in the bedrooms were working. This normally wouldn’t be a problem as we prefer to have open windows for fresh air flow, but with no screens on the windows we soon found mosquitoes found there way in. We definitely would advise that this issue be dealt with either by fixing the air, or installing the screens. Other than this, we would be happy to recommend this great apartment to our friends and family so they too can enjoy everything Ponta Delgada has to offer.

Enjoyable stay

We recently stayed at this lovely home in central Ponta Delgada and were thoroughly impressed. The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot in Ponta Delgada.

It was PERFECT !!

Every detail was thought through, the decorating was beautiful, the view from deck was panoramic. Any issue is well handled by Grace, the property manager. Each level (and there are three) are well designed. You can walk to a grocery store and to a restaurant which is perfect. Beware, you have to pay for parking and the stairs could be tough for some, but that is insignificant to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Beautiful home w/ great access to many locations

Clean, beautiful, modern home w/ VERY comfortable beds. Bedrooms are on the 2nd fl. Unfortunately I was a bit under the weather during my stay, so I was not able to enjoy the balcony or the 3rd Fl as much as I had wanted but my husband and niece did every night. The home had both a washer and dryer, which dryers are not very common in Portugal, which came in very handy. Keep in mind that there is only one TV in the home so there was the struggle at night of what was going to be watched and if someone falls asleep upstairs than everyone else is forced to go to their rooms since no other TV was available. TV is not huge but if two different households with two different routines maybe a suggestion to have a 2nd tv in the 2nd living room. The hostess was very easy to reach when needed and met us at the home on our arrival at 9pm. Many near locations nearby to walk to for food and also a brief walk to Portas da Cidade and Senhor Santo Cristo. On the photos it shows a welcome basket of goodies which we assumed was going to be offered and be there on our late arrival but unfortunately it was not. We probably shouldn't have assumed. We were looking forward to something to munch on because it had been a long day and because it was late, we had to go looking for a store that was open at that time to get some snacks so just make sure you stop somewhere before heading to the home. We would definitely come back to this home in the future & also recommend to our friends and family.

Adorable in every way!

Upon entering the VRBO, one is enchanted with the adorable decorating and layout. Every inch is well laid out and themed. We loved the balcony and sat outside for drinks every night! The location is perfect. Parking was easy. The host, superb! Her book with ideas and suggestions were well used! We will come back to this VRBO!

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed on three islands during our 12 day visit to the Azores. The first and last were away from cities on the coasts of Faial and Terceira. We wanted our middle stay to be right in the city of Ponta Delgado and the location of this home was PERFECT! There is so much within walking distance, amazing churches, gardens, restaurants, grocery stores and even a fort! Sitting on the balcony and watching the boats come in and out was very cool. There were two couples and it was very comfortable! Thank you very much!!

Great property

Spotless, great views, nice location (we could walk to many restaurants) and really enjoyed our stay! Easy to find (once I had the proper unit number) with the bright, cheerful yellow door. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and having the washer and dryer was great as we had been traveling for a while. The dryer does seem to take a bit long to dry clothes but there were sufficient hangers provided to hang the clothes up to thoroughly dry. Great AC too- place was easy to keep cool even though the temps were pretty nice. Individual AC units in all the rooms is great for each person to adjust to their liking. We were a bit concerned about parking but were always able to find parking almost always right in front of the property. Don't forget to fold your mirrors in when parking on the street! Note that as stated there is a spiral staircase you have to go up and down. We were fine with it and it is very sturdy, unlike some others I have experienced. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had 2 couples and there was plenty of room and we really enjoyed our stay and watching the water from the balcony.

Too short. Azores need more time.

This property is amazing. The top floor patio is perfect to watch the harbor action and the main street. The property was spotless when we arrived and the property manager was a big help, she even drove us to the grecery store and helped us shop.

Great House and Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house exactly matches what is in the pictures and description. It is very well done. Parking can be a pain at times if you are renting a car, but would highly recommend this property.

Very nice property, well equipped and maintained, clean and well located. The 3rd floor room is very cosy and balcony greatly appreciated. The description of the location should specify that parking is not free.

Beautiful home

This home was absolutely incredible and perfect for us! We were within walking distance of so many great things. The balcony at night overlooking the marina was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine while winding down! Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Modern and clean with excellent view of harbor

We really enjoyed our stay. The hostesses that we worked with throughout the process, Elena, Joana and Graca were all very friendly and accommodating. Our flight arrived in the early morning hours and because the place was not rented the day before we were able to check in early. That was very much appreciated. The sites are beautiful and enjoyed walking through Ponta Degada. The weather will be hit and miss. We enjoyed mostly the balcony overlooking the harbor for a glass of wine and some cheese in the afternoons. Highly recommend going to Alcides for dinner, but make a reservation because they fill up. Thank you

Fabulous place

We loved our stay here! A wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Great to have two full bathrooms. Lots of restaurants to walk to. No designated parking but we were always able to find something nearby. Joana was helpful with great advice. Checkin was really easy. We will recommend this to all our friends and hope to stay here again soon!

Exceptional apartment with a yellow door

This place was very professionally decorated. The three floors with kitchen, bedrooms, and upper floor with a deck overlooking the harbor, made our stay very special. It was also very close to the main Square with the church, shopping and many restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely House in the Heart of Ponta Delgada

Our stay at the vacation home in the heart of Ponta Delgada was truly memorable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that the charming city had to offer. The view from the balcony was interesting as it overlooked a busy city waterfront, which was bustling with activity day and night. We were fortunate to briefly meet the host during our arrival, and she was friendly and welcoming. Although we did not need any assistance from the host during our stay, we appreciated her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout. The home itself was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We especially loved the cozy living room, which was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The third-floor sitting area connected to the balcony provided a serene and relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful view of the waterfront and take in the city's ambiance. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare wonderful meals using fresh, local ingredients, and enjoy the delicious food, wine, and beer of Ponta Delgada in the comfort of our own vacation home. We also appreciated that parking was convenient and affordable, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area by car. We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in Ponta Delgada. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect

The home is centrally located with beautiful views of the marina. Great set up over three levels. The kitchen is better equipped than my own. The owner and property manager were extremely thoughtful, detailed, and generous with their time from start to finish. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
