Had a great experience overall. Room was spacious. Lots of restaurant options which we enjoyed. Only con was the checkin process. Room keys did not worked, room not ready for over 1 hour. Had to escalate to manager. Manage.ent understood and provided some credits. Will definitely visit again.

It was a great experience. Room was clean and quiet, staffs were friendly and helpful. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room but somehow when after we went out (after checked in) then came back to hotel, our room smells cigarette. We told the reception when we checked out and they apologized ...
