Staff member at check-in was not helpful. For price paid room was average and bathroom needed an upgrade. Band by pool on Saturday was so loud we could barely talk to each other in our room. A group of sorority girls were yelling/screaming at 2:30 am - took security an hour to quiet them.

If you don’t want to do nothing and just chill by a pool with a drink then this is the place for you now if you want to have fun there’s nothing to do beside go to their little casino.

I like how clean it was and how relaxing the experience was. Live music inside the casino. The beach was within walking distance from the rooms and the pool.

Very clean rooms. Entertainment areas at a walkable distance from the rooms. Hotel is like 5 minutes from shooping mall (Plaza del Caribe). Parking area should have transport to the Hotel (Even in a golf cart) but a little walk might be helpful. Overall great experience. Impressed with room cleanliness.

When checking out front desk staff was rude ass hell and couldn’t give me receipt after I paid the food. Here was too Americanized and the exact same thing every day no shuttle bus no concierge to recommend or help idea things to do other than be here at the hotel no shuttle bus from the airport I would never be back here.

The beach was beautiful and pretty empty. It’s not a wide white sand beach but we really enjoyed ourselves. The Caribbean Sea was like a nice warm bath and great for our kids to enjoy with gentle waves. The pools were fun and there were games and activities to keep us occupied. The staff was accommodating and our rooms were clean. Thank you for a great stay.

This is an amazing hotel. My family and I have been staying here since 1991. Although this trip the attention of the staff was non existent after several calls to the front desk for towels and a clogged bathroom. Being unable to use the bathroom for an entire evening was unacceptable for such a costly stay.
